about
After taking a two year hiatus from the music industry, Portland Indie Pop musician (and longtime MTV/Logo darling) Logan Lynn has returned with a filthy, pounding, epic dance anthem in "Turn Me Out" - just in time for summer! This track is the first single off Lynn's long-awaited follow up to 2010′s critically acclaimed charity record "I Killed Tomorrow Yesterday" and 2009′s award winning, Dandy Warhols-produced "From Pillar To Post" and is just a taste of what's to come when the full album is released this fall.
"Turn Me Out" was co-written by David Appaloosa (from pop supergroup The Hugs), and was produced and engineered by Gino Mari at The Country Club Recording Studios in Portland, Oregon. Lynn and co. are currently working on a music video for the song as well.
"Delightfully warm synth-pop...Logan Lynn toes the line between Cut Copy's epic chimes and Ladytron's dancefloor squiggling."
-UNDER THE RADAR MAGAZINE
"Lynn is set to become the new golden boy of sensitive electro-pop."
-URB MAGAZINE
"Fans of electronic compositions and mood music will enjoy Logan Lynn, whose efforts are variously described as electro-pop and emotronic."
-USA TODAY
"Having surfaced to the indie music scene for all the right reasons in recent years, there's a lot of musical experience and talent wrapped neatly in this well packaged upcoming release."
